O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the very same writ petitioner filed yet another writ petition seeking the very same relief in W.P.No.886 of 2022 and this Court passed an order on 25.01.2022 in the said writ petition.

2. Based on the said order, the benefits due to the petitioner has already been settled. However, none appeared for the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, no further adjudication is required and consequently the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
