PRAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the second to fourth respondents from altering the conditions of service of members of the petitioner union engaged in electrical maintenance work and fire pump maintenance work at the Korukkupet Terminal of Indian Oil Corporation in any manner contrary to section 33 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 until the industrial dispute relating to the charter of demands raised on behalf of the petitioner union which is now pending conciliation before the first respondent is either settled or adjudicated.
