This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.25 of 2016 on the file of District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram and to quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) could contend that the District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram, after conducting https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the investigation in Crime No.25 of 2016, has filed a final report on 20.06.2022, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram and the same is yet to be taken on file. The learned Magistrate is hereby directed to take the matter at the earliest possible time, subject to, if it is otherwise in order and it is open to the petitioners herein to file an appropriate application for appropriate relief before the appropriate forum. After going through the final report filed by the District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram, I am not inclined to entertain this petition.
