ORDER

[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue viz., K.Radhika, aged 19 years sought production of his daughter.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. The first respondent has produced the detenue from the parental home of her husband viz., Somasundaramorrthy, Son of Devaraj. The mother of the detenue is present. The detenue is against intracting with her mother. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenue wad earlier produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpet and much before this incident too, the detenue did not speak to her mother. As the

detenue is major and has chosen to take up residence along with Somasundaramorrthy, Son of Devaraj, whom she informs to have married and whom the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits already is married and he is the father of a child, this court would merely record that and accordingly, closes this Habeas Corpus Petition.
