O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents Transport Corporation made a submission that based on the revised scheme dated 04.01.2018, the Transport Corporation submitted a proposal to the 4th respondent on 22.09.2022 to revise the pension of the writ petitioner.

2. In view of the fact that the respondents 1 and 2 had already submitted proposals for revision of pension of the writ petitioner and the 4th respondent is directed to consider the proposal and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
