Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the fourth respondent bearing C.No.56/ACP/SJHR/SLM(c)/2017, dated 12.08.2017 signed on 24.09.2018 and quash the same and direct the respondents to verify the appointment order issued by fifth respondent and follow the Go.Ms.No.106, issued by Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department dated 15.10.2012 and Letter dated 11.12.2012 issued by second respondent and consequently forbearing the respondents from conducting the enquiry in respect of community certificate in case petitioner was not appointed under ST quota.
