The petitioners, after initiating the appeal along with the application to dispense with the payment of Court fee, received 50% of the award amount. We therefore, direct the petitioners to pay the Court fee.

2. In case, the Court fee paid, the Registry shall number the appeal filed by the petitioners/claimants.
