This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the docket order passed in I.A.No.101 of 2018 in O.S.No.1 of 2013 dated 30.08.2018 on the file of the learned I Additional District Munsif, Bhavani.

2. This Civil Revision Petition was listed "for admission" on 26.10.2018 and at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, it was adjourned to 30.10.2018. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioners did not take any steps to list the matter "for admission". Thereafter, it is listed today.

3. Thus, this Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past 3 years without even ordering notice for admission. It shows that the petitioners have no interest to proceed with the matter and as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition after 3 years.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 3/5
