Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the Plot Nos.9, 8, 7 & 2 in S.F. No.13/1 in Natham Poramboke in 49 Muthampalayam Village, Konganampalli, Vallipuratampalayam Post, Vellodu, Erode Taluk and District and hand over the possession of the plots allotted to the respective petitioners.

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioners have come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the Plot Nos.9, 8, 7 & 2 comprised in S.F. No.13/1 situated at Muthampalayam Village, Konganampalli, Vallipuratampalayam Post, Vellodu, Erode Taluk and District.
3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have submitted representations dated 07.05.018, 30.07.2018 and 08.10.2018 claiming the relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the same are yet to be disposed of by the third respondent. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if the said representations made by the petitioners are directed to be considered by the third respondent, on merits.
4.Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1 to 4, submitted that the third respondent be directed to consider the petitioners' representations and pass orders in accordance with law. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioners' representations dated 07.05.018, 30.07.2018 and 08.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, the respondents 5 to 17 as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
