Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 1st respondent to provide necessary police protection to the revenue authorities as and when they come to the petitioner land in survey No.484/47 for survey and measurement based on the petitioner complaint dated 06.09.2018.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to provide necessary police protection to the Revenue authorities, as and when they come to the petitioner's land in Survey No.484/47 for survey and measurement, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.09.2018.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the land in Survey No. (Old No. 484/2) New No.484/47, measuring to an extent of 1280 sq.ft. in Umambalpuram Village and that the 2nd and 3rd respondents are preventing the Revenue authorities from conducting survey and measurement of the land. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondent police to offer necessary police protection to the officials of the Revenue Department, as and when they come to the land in question, for survey and measurement. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
