This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.478 of 2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.478 of 2014 on 03.11.2014 under Sections 294(b), 448, 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC against four accused. Since, there was no progress in the investigation, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition.

4.Today Mr.D.Lakshmi Narayanan, HC 560, Mailam Police Station, is present before this Court.

5.On instructions, learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in Crime No.478 of 2014 was completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tindivanam on 22.10.2018.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
