This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.281 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.281 of 2017 on 30.07.2017 for the offence under Section 324, 352, 427 and 506(2) IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act. While so, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

4.Today, Mr.B.Natarajan, Sub Inspector of Police, Olakkur Police Station is present before this Court.

5.Learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation is almost complete.

6.Recording the same, this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation within three months from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or a charge sheet as the case may be under due intimation to the de facto complainant, provided there is no any legal impediment.
