C.M.P.Nos.17460, 17696, 17699 of 2018 and S.A.No.1063 of 2003 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

In CMP.17696 of 2018 the first respondent in the Second Appeal reported dead. Since the LR namely the second respondent is already on record. In CMP.17460 of 2018 is the set aside abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent reported dead in the Second Appeal. In CMP.17699 of 2018 to bring on record the respondents 4 to 6 as the legal heirs of the first respondent. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

2. The Registry is directed to amend the cause title in three weeks and post the matter after three weeks.
