ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 06.01.2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 392, 397 and 506(ii) IPC in S.C.No.51 of 2018, on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Thiruppur, seeks bail.

2.This is the second bail petition. The first bail petition was dismissed by this Court on 28.08.2018 on the ground that this petitioner has jumped bail, during pendency of the trial in S.C.No.51 of 2018.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are two previous cases against this petitioner.

4.At this juncture, this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner and this petition is dismissed.
