Respondents Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for the wanton and wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in C.M.P.No.6278 of 2018 in C.R.P.(PD)No.1231 of 2018, dated 28.03.2018.

O R D E R

(The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing/Hybrid Mode".) The present Contempt Petition is filed for violating the interim order passed by this Court in C.M.P.No.6278 of 2018 in C.R.P.(PD)No.1231 of 2018, dated 28.03.2018 alleging that in spite of interim injunction granted by this Court, the 1st respondent tried to demolish the petition premises. 2.From the averments in the Contempt Petition, it is seen that the allegation of the petitioner is that 1st respondent is trying to demolish the petition premises. The petitioner has not produced any material to substantiate the same. Further, by the order of this Court dated 05.08.2021, it is seen that the Civil Revision Petition itself has been dismissed as infructuous.
