2. Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on subject to the condition of payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, Madras High Court Campus, Chennai-600104, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 08.11.2018 vum Note: On production of the receipt for payment, Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list it "for admission". http://www.judis.nic.in
