ORDER

Heard Mr.K.Shyam Sunder, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Arulmozhimaran, Public Prosecutor(Pondicherry) for the respondents.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor(Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner's complaint came to be disposed of on 09.01.2016 and that the complaint referred to in the present petition was only by one Vaigunda Ammani who is the mother of the complainant. Since, there was no complaint from Vaigunda Ammani, the petitioner was not informed to about the same and as such it cannot be said that the respondent had furnished false information before this Court, when the Criminal Original Petition came to be disposed of on 29.01.2018. As such, I do not find no

willful act which may amount to contempt of the Courts orders. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
