O.S.A.Nos.388 and 389 of 2018 O.S.A.Nos.388 and 389 of 2018 R.SUBBIAH, J and T.KRISHNAVALLI, J [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The appeals have been disposed of by a Division Bench of this Court under order dated 13.03.2019. Thereafter, the matter was listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' on 25.04.2019 seeking a direction to the learned Advocate Commissioner to file the report within a stipulated time and to indicate the remuneration payable to the learned Advocate Commissioner. The Division Bench of this Court has directed the learned Advocate Commissioner to file the report within a period of eight weeks and observed that the remuneration has to be paid as fixed by learned Single Judge.

2. Learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a memo dated 26.08.2019 seeking extension of time to file the report. However, on 19.09.2019, the learned Advocate Commissioner has filed his report. Since report has been filed, this Court is of the view that there is no need to pass orders on the memo filed by learned Advocate Commissioner seeking extension of time. In the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the Registry to place the Advocate Commissioner's report before the learned Single Judge, who is presently http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2
