By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to expedite proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7441/2015/L dated 17.02.2017 and pass an order based on his objection dated 23.01.2017.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that with regard to transfer of licence relating to the Saw Mill in favour of the fifth respondent, the petitioner has submitted his representation/ objection dated 23.01.2017 and pursuant to the same, the first respondent has issued notice for enquiry dated 17.02.2017 to the petitioner. The learned counsel further submitted that based on the said notice, the petitioner appeared for the enquiry and therefore, he confines his prayer to the effect that such enquiry be concluded, after granting sufficient opportunity to all the parties.

4.Learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that appropriate orders would be passed pursuant to the enquiry conducted, on merits, within a period of six weeks. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents to pass orders based on the petitioner's representation/objection dated 23.01.2017, after conducting due enquiry and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondents 3 to 5 as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
