..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2012 to rectify the pay anomaly on par with that of his Junior, Thiru P.Srinivasan, Health Educator, retired from service and to step up his pay on par with that of his junior at Rs.24170 + 4500 Gr.Pay with effect from 01.04.2010 in the post of Health Educator.

O R D E R

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that his application seeking stepping-up of his pay on par with his junior is yet to be considered by the respondents.

2. The Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, in his proceedings dated 13.05.2013 stated that the case of the writ petitioner would be considered after submitting the pension proposals to the junior who was allowed to retire from service on 31.05.2013.

3. However, the said information provided by the Director has not been implemented and the repeated representations submitted by the writ petitioner has not been considered by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents. Under these circumstances, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of representation and all the relevant documents of the comparative statement along with the order passed in this present writ petition.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
