This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R.No.1 of 2018, on the file of respondent Police.

2.The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the respondent Police have already completed the investigation and filed the final report on 10.10.2018 and the same has been taken on file in CC.No.277 of 2018 by the Judicial Magistrate-II, Karaikal.
