This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the judgment and conviction dated 05.10.2012 made in C.A.No.50 of 2012 on the file of

III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode at Gobichettipalayam, confirming the judgment dated 14.02.2012 made in C.C.No.347 of 2009 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Gobichettipalayam, thereby convicted the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died and the charge as against the petitioner itself is abated.
