J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was made by S.Manikumar,J) Instant Writ Appeal has been filed against the order, dated 24/9/2018, made in W.P.No.5801 of 2018.

2. Mr.C.Vigneswaran, learned counsel for the appellant has circulated a letter, dated 22/1/2019, to the Registrar Judicial, Chennai, seeking permission to post the appeal, under the caption, "For Dismissal". Accordingly, the matter is listed today.

3. Though Mr.P.Wilson, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant made submissions, requesting us to clarify, as regards the appointment of the administrator, directed to be made as an interim arrangement, to the office of the Principal, in Bharathiyar Palkalai Koodam, Ariyakuppam, Puducherry, we are not inclined to accept the said contention. Further, while passing the interim order, writ Court has directed the Registry, to post W.P.Nos.24348 of 2013, 6486 of 2015 and 5801 of 2018, in the first week of January 2019. Learned counsel for the appellant may move the Registry or the writ Court, as the case may be for listing all the writ petitions, as directed.

4. Permission is granted to withdraw the writ appeal and accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition Nos.17653, 17656, 19547 and 19550 of 2018 are closed.
