ORDER

Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 15.06.2017.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 15.06.2017 to the first respondent, seeking transfer of patta for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

property in Old S.No.206/4 and New S.No.303/16, Pattipulam Village, Kancheepuram District, but, the same has not been considered by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, submitted that the first respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
