This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 31.07.2018 passed in IA.No.350 of 2017 in OS.No.898 of 2004 by the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Alandur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
