O R D E R

The petitioner is the complainant in C.C.No.120 of 2016 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Thiruvannamalai for the offence under Sections 323, 406, 417 and 494 read with Section 109 I.P.C.

2.It is the grievance of the complainant that there is no progress in the complaint on account of the dilatory tactics that is being adopted by the accused. Therefore, the complainant is before this Court with the above prayer.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant. 4.In the opinion of this Court, if this transfer application is admitted and notice is ordered, it will only further delay the progress of the trial in C.C.No.120 of 2016. Therefore instead of ordering transfer, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvannamalai to expeditiously complete the proceedings in C.C.No.120 of 2016, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
