[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu viz., S.Rathinakumar, son of M.Sithambara Eswaran, aged 31 years, sought production of her husband.

3. On 12.10.2018, this Court referred the matter to Mediation Centre attached to Coimbatore District Court.

4. The report of Secretary/ Senior Civil Judge, District Legal Services Authority, Coimbatore in D.No.2423/2018 dated 26.10.2018 informs that the efforts of Mediation has failed.

5. Leaving it open to the parties to workout their rights before appropriate Forum, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
