Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to prevent the offending vehicles in violation of Section 194 of Motor Vehicles Act carrying passengers in Goods carries during Vinayagar Sathurthy festival/any other festival/politicians's Rally; and to impound the offending vehicles; and to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the police, who were giving protection for the offending vehicles to commit offence in violation of section 194 of Motor Vehicles Act.

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.G.K.Harihara Rajan, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court, to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Permission granted, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No leave is granted, to file a fresh writ petition on the very same grounds, with reference to the procession taken on 16.09.2018. No Costs.
