ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] The petitioner, who is the son of the detenu herein, viz., Selvaraj, son of Palanisamy, aged 51 years, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the third respondent by his order in PBMMSECA No.01/2018, dated 20.09.2018 against his father branding him as a "BLACK MARKETEER" under the Central Act No.7 of 1980 of Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the third respondent as against the father of the petitioner herein dated 20.09.2018 has been revoked by the Government dated 04.10.2018 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
