O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.

3.Learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint given by one Udayasankar against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.119 of 2018 and on the complaint lodged by one Sundaraj, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.1271 of 2018. Both the complaints are pending before the 1st respondent.

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
