ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 294 (b), 323, 427, 380 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.418 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.This is the second anticipatory bail application and the earlier application in Crl.O.P.No.20869 of 2018 was dismissed by this Court on 28.08.2018, on the ground that there are four previous cases against the petitioner. Thus, there is no change in fact situation, for this Court to interfere and grant relief of anticipatory bail. 3.In the result, this petition is devoid of merits and dismissed.
