[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] Mr.K.Francis, learned counsel on record for the appellant Ms.J.Gomathi in both captioned 'Original Side Appeals' ['OSAs' in plural and OSA in singular for the sake of brevity] who is also the petitioner in the captioned two 'Civil Miscellaneous Petitions' ['CMPs' in plural and CMP in singular for the sake of brevity] are before us.
2. Learned counsel on record for the appellant in the main OSAs and petitioner in the two CMPs submits that he has instructions from the appellant to withdraw the captioned OSAs and CMPs. Learned counsel submits that appellant is present in Court.

In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned two OSAs and captioned CMPs thereat are disposed of as closed / withdrawn. Though obvious, we make it clear that we have not expressed any view or opinion on the merits of the matter as it is withdrawal simplicitor. There shall be no order as to costs.
