JUDGMENT

(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Challenging the order dated 14.08.2018 made in W.P.No.801 of 2016, the present writ appeal has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. We are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge as the challenge to the impugned order before him was only a show cause notice. However, we only observe that the first respondent shall pass final order without being influenced by the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the impugned show cause notice was passed in the year 2015, we expect the proceedings to be concluded within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

5. In view of the above, the writ appeal stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
