O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair order and decreetal order passed in R.C.A.No.150 of 2009 dated 16.07.2018 on the file of the VIII Small Causes Court at Chennai (Rent Control Appellate Authority) dismiss the Appeal and confirmed the fair order and decreetal order passed in R.C.O.P.No.1582 of 2008 dated 09.04.2009 on the file of XIV Small Causes Court at Chennai.

2. The Civil Revision Petition was listed for admission on 30.10.2018, on that date the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for adjournment and at his request the Civil Revision Petition was adjourned after two weeks. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any step to list the matter. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is listed on 28.07.2020, even on that date no representation on behalf of the petitioner and again the matter was adjourned to 13.08.2020, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that date also no one was represented on behalf of the petitioner and this Court listed the matter on 07.12.2020. Thereafter, today listed in the petition for adjourned admission, even today the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time. The Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past three years without even admission or ordering notice to the respondent. The petitioner is no interest to proceed the case. After the period of three years this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
