Though the present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order, dated 16.02.2018 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.4165 of 2018 in W.P.No.3398 of 2018, however, the main writ petition in W.P.No.3398 of 2018 itself was disposed of by this Court on 12.08.2021. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition.
