Heard Mr.M.Subash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Surya Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

2. Pursuant to the statutory notice dated 02.11.2018, the respondent herein viz., Ms.Padmavathi, The Inspector of Police, P6 Kodungaiyur Police Station, Chennai is personally present before this Court today.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that the order of this Court dated 27.03.2018 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint was assigned C.S.R. dated 02.11.2018 and served on 05.11.2018.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Contempt petition stands closed.
