Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 15.02.2017 and 10.08.2017 submitted for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioners duly surveying the properties comprising in Survey Number 45/2 of an extent of acre 1.60 cents and in Survey No.81/4 of an extent of acre 1.32 cents.

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioners have come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of their representations dated 15.02.2017 and 10.08.2017 for issuance of patta in their favour by surveying the properties comprising in Survey Numbers 45/2 and 81/4.
3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have submitted representations dated 15.02.2017 and 10.08.2017 claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the same are yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the respondents be directed to consider the petitioner's representations and pass orders in accordance with law.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2017 and reminder dated 10.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
