ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Challenging the impugned order in C.C.No.3/2017 on the file of XII Additional Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai and Designated Court for PMLA offences, Chennai, the present petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Public Prosecutor submits that the trial Court has taken up the matter and eleven witnesses have been examined and cross-examined.
