ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents herein to produce the detenue the petitioner's wife namely Aarthi, aged about 36 years before this Court and set her free who is illegally detained by the third respondent herein, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Perused the status report and the letter stated to have been sent by the petitioner to the Investigating Officer dated 22.09.2019.

4. From the above said material, it appears that the detenue went on her own volition and, therefore, no illegal detention is involved in this case. The petitioner has also filed a petition for divorce and therefore, he is not inclined to take back the detenue.

5. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
