2. The issue with regard to maintainability on territorial jurisdiction shall be kept open as an issue to be determined during the proceedings. As such the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal is called upon to number the suit and take the same on file if it is otherwise in order. Such an exercise shall be completed within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Registry is directed to return the original plaint to the learned counsel for the petitioner after obtaining photo copies of the same.

4. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No Costs.
