PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the District Munsif Court, Nagapattinam to dispose of the I.A.No.970 of 2016 in O.S.No.183 of 2016 expeditiously. For Petitioners : Mr.N.Baskaran

O R D E R

Though the application in I.A.No.970 of 2016 was filed way back in the year 2016 and the application has been posted for enquiry of various dates commencing from 20.01.2017, there is not much progress in the same. As such, it would be appropriate to direct the trial Court to dispose of the same within a stipulated time.

2. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Nagapattinam to dispose of the application in I.A.No.970 of 2016 in O.S.No.183 of 2016 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
