(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.V.Abirame, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 1, 2 and 5, Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondents 3 and 4 and Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned counsel for the sixth respondent.

2. Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader, submits that there are no encroachments now. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that originally, there were 14 encroachments; of which, 13

were removed on 10.7.2021 and the remaining one was removed on 24.03.2022.

3. In view of the said statement, the purpose of the Writ Petition stands served. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. (S.V.G., CJ.)
