O.P.No.1023 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The petitioner seeks issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities, mentioned in the schedule to the petition, held by her parents Mr.M.Muthusamy and Mrs.M.Alamelu jointly.

2. According to the petitioner Mr.M.Muthusamy died on 16.08.2018 and his wife Mrs.M.Alamelu died on 29.11.2012. The petitioner has been examined as PW1. She has produced the death certificate of the deceased Mr.M.Muthusamy and Mrs.M.Alamelu as Ex.P2 and Ex.P3. The legal heirship certificate has also been produced as Ex.P4. From Ex.P4, it is seen that the petitioner alone is the legal heir of the deceased Mr.M.Muthusamy and Mrs.M.Alamelu.

3. Considering the evidence available, this Original Petition is allowed directing issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioner. 22.04.2019 dsa http://www.judis.nic.in
