O R D E R
Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the Review Applicants has produced a Calculation Memo which has also been accepted by the learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff. A sum of Rs.67,160/- is still due and payable by the 1st defendant to the plaintiff. 2.The party i.e; the Review Applicant had got the money by cash, but however, the learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff is reluctant to receive the cash. The Review Applicants are therefore permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.67,160/- to the credit of E.P.R.No.164 of 2005 on the file of the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Erode. On such deposit, the respondent/plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the said sum. The deposit shall be made within one week from the date of
receipt of a copy of this order. The deposit of the said sum of Rs.67,160/- is towards to the full satisfaction of the Decree amount and the charge created on the property shall be withdrawn/raised.
This Review Application is disposed of in the terms herein above detailed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
