ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the FIR in crime No.38 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that after conducting investigation, the respondent police have filed charge sheet in CC.No.49 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-IV, Vanur. Therefore, this Court may close this petition, as there is nothing to adjudicate in this matter.
