The Writ Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to cancel the three sale deeds dated 10.07.2018 bearing Documents No.1403/2018, 2/5

1404/2018 and 1405/2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent Sub Registrar, Hosur.

2. In the light of the Judgement passed by the Division Bench of this Court in M.Kathirvel Vs. Inspector General of Registration - 2024 (4) CTC 769, the relief claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted.
