This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.250 of 2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.250 of 2014 on 27.05.2014 under Section 420 IPC. While so, the petitioner has come up with the above prayer.

4.Learned Government Advocate submitted that the case relates to job racketing and the Police have arrested one accused and have to arrest another accused.

5.Taking into consideration the fact that the FIR was registered in the year 2014, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.250 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a charge sheet or a closure report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
