Respondent Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the respondent in connection with the impugned order issued by the respondent in No.M/XP/227/10/2018 dated 17.09.2018 and quash the same and grant such other further relief.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the charge memo issued to the writ petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the departmental disciplinary proceedings initiated was disposed of and the punishment was imposed on the writ petitioner in proceedings dated 26.09.2019.

3. That apart, yet another disciplinary proceedings was initiated and finally the petitioner was imposed with the punishment of removal from service with effect from 24.09.2020.

4. That being the factum, no further adjudication is required and consequently, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
