Petitions filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to issue suitable direction directing the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 Panruti to complete the trial of the cases in STC Nos.2 and 1 of 2016 respectively, in an expeditious manner preferably within the time limit.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the cases are of the year 2016, the same have not yet been disposed of and prayed for appropriate orders. 3.Considering the limited relief sought for in these petitions, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Panruti, to complete the trial in STC Nos.2 and 1 of 2016 respectively, and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, if the same have not yet been disposed of. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
