C.M.P.No.17608 of 2018 in A.S.No.SR36740 of 2015 P.T.ASHA, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for impleading the proposed parties/legal representatives of the plaintiff Ramesh alias Ramaseshan in the above C.M.P.No.16765 of 2018 in A.S.No.SR36740 of 2015 filed against the impugned judgment and decree dated 20.11.2014 in O.S.No.13 of 2010 passed by the II Additional District Court, Chidambaram.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection to the petition being allowed.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
